SOUVIA is Indonesia’s leading online souvenir and seminar kit provider. SOUVIA adopts Mekari’s software solutions, including Mekari Talenta, Mekari Jurnal, and Mekari Qontak, to help grow their business and increase various business process efficiencies up to 80% thus doubling their revenue from 2021 to 2022.

Business challenges

In the early SOUVIA history, the management relied on manual, different apparatuses to support their business. However, this proved to not be efficient enough. For instance, SOUVIA used a fingerprint scanner to record attendance and operated an offline software to do their finance.

As an impact, just to generate a report SOUVIA needed to undergo a lengthy process which was considerably time consuming. SOUVIA’s management needed to manually do the payroll too; from calculating the components, transferring the salary, to making and sending the payslips to each employee one by one.

Additionally, SOUVIA also encountered difficulties with maintaining service quality from their sales.
