Program Eligibility

Cash rewards are calculated based on the number of new payroll accounts receiving salary disbursement.

Businesses newly implementing PermataBank’s payroll service are eligible for the Quantity Reward, MCU Benefit, and Quality Reward programs.
Meanwhile, businesses with existing payroll services (Top-Up) using PermataBank are only eligible for the Quantity Reward program.

 

Benefit Simulation You Can Expect

The cashback amount under the Quantity Reward program is calculated based on the number of new payroll accounts receiving salary disbursements.

  • For salaries credited below IDR 10 million: IDR 25,000 per account
  • For salaries credited starting from IDR 10 million: IDR 50,000 per account
  • For salaries credited starting from IDR 10 million under the Preferred / Priority / Private segment: IDR 75,000 per account

In addition to this, companies are also eligible for a Quality Reward, based on the total average salary disbursed during the observation period:

  • Average payroll between IDR 250 million – < IDR 1 billion: 0.25% of the total
  • Average payroll of ≥ IDR 1 billion: 0.5% of the total

General Participation Requirements
  • The company must not have participated in similar programs in 2023–2024.
  • The following documents must be submitted:
    • ID card or passport of the company representative
    • Company Tax ID (NPWP)
    • Power of Attorney (if the registrant is not a company director)
    • ID card or passport of the MCU benefit recipients
  • A PermataPayroll/iB account must be opened for each employee.
  • Payroll must be processed via PermataBank, fully integrated with Mekari Talenta.

What is the Mekari Talenta x PermataBank partnership program?

This is a special collaboration between Mekari Talenta and PermataBank. Companies that subscribe to Mekari Talenta and use PermataBank for payroll processing are eligible to receive exclusive rewards, including cash incentives and free medical check-up (MCU) packages for BOD/BOC.

What benefits can my company get from this program?

You may receive:

  • Cash rewards up to IDR 35 million
  • Free MCU packages for up to 5 members of the Board of Directors/Commissioners
  • A fully integrated payroll experience between Mekari Talenta and PermataBank

 

Is every Mekari Talenta customer automatically enrolled in this program?

No. Companies must officially register for the program and sign a new payroll service agreement (PKS) with Permata Bank during the period of March 1 – August 31, 2025.

How long is the observation period before receiving rewards?

The observation period is 4 months from the date of PKS registration. Rewards will be credited up to 2 months after the observation ends or upon manual claim.

Can the rewards be converted into cash?

Cash rewards will be directly transferred to the company’s PermataBank account. MCU benefits are non-cashable and redeemable only at PermataBank’s official MCU partners.

Can my company join if we’ve previously participated in similar programs?

No. This program is only available to companies that did not participate in similar programs during 2023 or 2024.

What documents are required to join the program?
  • Scanned ID (KTP or passport) of company representative
  • Company Tax ID (NPWP)
  • Power of Attorney (if the person registering is not a company director)
  • ID of MCU benefit recipients (if joining the MCU program)
Are all payroll accounts counted toward the reward calculation?

Only new payroll accounts that receive salary transfers during the observation period and meet the program criteria will be counted.

What is the minimum number of accounts to qualify for rewards?
  • Quantity Reward: Minimum 25 (outside Jabodetabek) or 50 (Jabodetabek) funded payroll accounts
  • MCU Benefit: Minimum of 51 funded payroll accounts
