The signing ceremony took place at the Bank Raya Headquarters in Menara BRILiaN, South Jakarta, attended by Bank Raya’s Director of Business, Kicky Andrie Davetra, and Mekari’s Chief Revenue Officer, Sandy Suryanto. The event was also witnessed by Michelle Anggraeni, VP of Partnership & Acquisition at Mekari, and Rosalina Ekaputri, VP of Sales & Partnership at Bank Raya.

In Q3 2024, Bank Raya successfully served more than 910,000 customers through the Raya App, marking a 17.8% year-over-year (YoY) increase. Transactions via the Raya App surged to 2.6 million, representing a 98% YoY growth. With continuous enhancements and innovations in the Raya App’s features and products, the number of customers is expected to grow further by the end of the year, along with an increase in digital savings, which reached IDR 1.1 trillion, growing by 39.9% YoY.
